Meet Our Manager
I’m passionate about creating a home for our residents, where they feel happy, can be themselves and live well. I have many years of experience and continuous professional development that enables me to support residents, families and my exceptional team. I love getting to know each person behind their dementia and when a resident recognises me, smiling and relaxed, I know we’ve got it right. Our residents don’t fit into a box nor does our care and that’s exactly how dementia care should be.
