Maintenance Officer

Hourly rates: £12.00

Location: Guildford

Claremont Court Care Home is looking for individuals who have a warm, friendly and empathetic nature, with a focus on achieving high standards?  Is communication and organisation something you excel at?  If you have DIY and gardening experience then becoming a Maintenance Officer with us could be perfect for you.

As part of the home team, you will be responsible for ensuring the appearance of the home and grounds are maintained to the highest possible standards that meets the needs and requirements of our residents, whilst meeting all Health and Safety regulations at all times.

Whilst you will be required to work independently, with a highly organised approach you will be very much part of the overall home team who are focused on providing exceptional care to all residents ensuring they live a purposeful and meaningful life, which we believe is the responsibility of everyone in the home.

We place emphasis on ensuring our resident’s families are supported and this is very much a part of a Maintenance Officer’s role.
