The launch of ‘The Claremont Monthly’

The team create a new monthly newsletter for the home

As part of the group’s Making a Difference Challenge 2017, on the theme of ‘Every Connection Counts’, the team at Claremont Court focused their submission this year on creating a new monthly magazine for its residents, ‘The Claremont Monthly’.

The team really considered the needs of its residents to ensure their idea worked for everyone. The magazine covers everything from updates about the home and their activities, interviews with team members, editorial pieces about the local area, puzzles and quizzes, contributions from family members and professionals in the community.

The magazine is read by all the team to the residents where ever they are in the home or even when they are out and about to ensure they are stimulated and engaged. Friends and family can also keep up to date with the homes’ activities and events by subscribing. We’re extremely excited about this new project and we believe the magazine will be particularly beneficial in engaging residents in meaningful connections with all team members.
